Hours can be found on the ticketing page. Holiday Peak Hours begin December 19th through January 3.

Help! I forgot socks.

What size skates should I get?
Skates come in whole sizes. We recommend you size down. Skate should fit snug and should be tied tightly, using all the eyelets on the boot.

Do you have skate helpers?

What if I have my own skates?
Skate rental is free with admission, so all skaters pay admission. We will have discounted BYOS (Bring Your Own Skates) nights.

Where are the restrooms?
We sell socks, gloves, and water on-site. See staff and pay in person.
A limited number of skate helpers are available online, as well as on-site for $15.
Restrooms are located across the street on the northwest side of Cesar Chavez Park.

Can I book a birthday party?
You can book a Skate Chalet for up to 10 skaters for a flat fee and add on addtl skaters at a group rate. Click here for more info.

I have a group of skaters - is there a group discount?
Please email us for group ticket information. Group ticket pricing is not available during Holiday Peak Hours Dec. 19th through Jan 4th.

How do I know if bad weather is impacting the ice rink?

What do we do if our whole group can't check in at the same time?
We can check in a partial group and the additional skaters can show their QR code upon arrival.
Skating sessions are 1 hour. We admit skaters 1 hour prior to the session. Skaters may rebook their session time up to 1 hour prior to their scheduled time.
We do! A limited number of small and large lockers can be rented on-site.
